High humidity: energy consumption burden and quality risk. Processing high-humidity raw materials means that a large amount of valuable heat energy is used to evaporate water instead of driving the carbonization reaction, significantly increasing the energy cost per unit product. At the same time, the steam generated by water evaporation will dilute the atmosphere in the furnace, interfere with the heat transfer efficiency, and may cause side reactions, increase the volatile matter or incomplete carbonization components in the product, and reduce the purity and value of the carbon product.
