Coconut Shell Charcoal Machine is Dingli new model products. The machine adopts an advanced thermal dry distillation carbonization technology. It greatly increases the carbonization rate from 85% to 98%, which is an easy operation, safe and protection environmental, and high production efficiency, which can save a lot of energy.
The working principle of coconut shell charcoal machine usually includes raw material pretreatment, carbonization, cooling and finished product collection. Specifically:
1. Raw material pretreatment: crush and screen the raw materials such as coconut shells to meet the feeding requirements of the carbonization equipment.
2. Carbonization: send the pretreated raw materials into the carbonization furnace and carbonize them under high temperature conditions. During the carbonization process, the volatile matter in the raw materials is released, leaving fixed carbonaceous components to form coconut shell charcoal.
3. Cooling: After carbonization, the coconut shell charcoal is cooled for subsequent collection and utilization.
4. Finished product collection: the cooled coconut shell charcoal is screened, packaged, etc. to obtain the final coconut shell charcoal product.
