Charcoal briquette mesh belt dryer is a drying equipment that uses steel mesh as a conveyor belt to carry materials for continuous drying. The main heating methods include electric heating, steam heating, and hot air heating. Since the conveyor belt is mesh-shaped, it is especially suitable for drying flake, strip and granular materials with good air permeability, and for regular or irregular lumps such as filter cake paste materials (such as: coal, Charcoal briquettes, various mineral powders, food, vegetables, etc.) are more suitable.
The working principle of the mesh belt briquetting dryer is as follows: the briquettes enter the drying chamber through the feeding device and are placed on the mesh belt. The mesh belt is driven by a motor to continuously transport and bring the briquettes into the drying chamber. At the same time, hot air is sent into the drying chamber through the fan to exchange heat with the briquettes and evaporate the moisture in the briquettes. The dried briquettes are discharged from the equipment by the discharging device, completing the entire drying process.
