Coconut shell activated carbon carbonization furnace (carbonization machine) is a device that decomposes coconut shell by heat to produce high carbon content materials under the condition of isolating air or introducing trace gas.
The coconut shell activated carbon carbonization furnace uses the combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane, and hydrogen generated by the incomplete combustion of biomass raw materials (such as coconut shells) during the carbonization process, and separates impurities such as wood tar and wood acetic acid through a flue gas separation device to obtain pure combustible gases. These combustible gases enter the self-matching burner through the induced draft fan and are fully burned to heat the carbonization furnace. When heated to a certain temperature, the material can be fed for carbonization. When the carbonization raw material generates self-smoke and is sufficiently burned, the gasifier is gradually closed and the flue gas valve of the carbonization host is opened to achieve self-sufficiency of combustible gas in the carbonization process.
