The working principle of the biomass vertical carbonization furnace is mainly based on the pyrolysis process of biomass materials. Under air-tight conditions, biomass materials undergo pyrolysis reactions at high temperatures, producing volatile gases and tar and other substances, while the solid part gradually converts into biochar. By controlling the temperature and atmosphere conditions in the furnace, the quality and yield of biochar can be regulated.
