The material enters the drum through the feeding device, first realizes the downstream drying process in the inner layer, then the material enters the middle layer, and realizes the countercurrent drying process through the other end. In the middle layer, the material is repeatedly lifted and turned over, advancing in a two-step forward and one-step backward manner. The three-channel drum absorbs heat from the inner and middle drums, prolongs the drying time, and achieves the best drying conditions. Finally, the material falls from the other end of the middle layer into the outer layer and is processed in a rectangular multi-circuit manner. The dried material is quickly discharged from the drum under the action of hot air, while the wet material remains in the drum due to its own weight and continues to dry. After the material is completely dried in the rectangular shovel plate, it is cooled by the single-drum cooler to complete the entire drying process.
