The working principle of the horizontal biomass carbonization equipment is based on the principle of dry distillation carbonization. During the carbonization process, the biomass material is loaded into the carbonization chamber, and the raw materials for carbonization inside the furnace are heated and ignited through the ignition port. After the generated flue gas is filtered and dusted by the flue gas purification system, the combustible flue gas is transmitted through the pipeline to the bottom fire channel of the carbonization furnace for combustion, so as to achieve the purpose of secondary heating and heating. As a result, the raw materials in the furnace reach the temperature and burn inside the furnace to crack and carbonize to form charcoal. At the same time, by-products such as wood tar and wood acetic acid will be produced during the carbonization process, which can be collected and used in other industrial fields.
