Drink can paint stripping treatment equipment;

The paint on the surface of the can has an impact on the quality of the aluminum alloy. Traditional paint removal uses chemical agents. This method not only has a strong smell and is easy to harm human health, but also is very expensive. This can paint stripping furnace (also called a pyrolysis furnace) can not only quickly remove paint from the surface of cans, but is also smoke-free and odorless during the production process, meeting environmental requirements. It can also produce continuously and quickly 24 hours a day, and the output can be customized from 1 to 100 tons according to customer requirements.

Drink can paint stripping process;

First, the recycled used cans need to be broken into pieces of about 4CM, and then the paint removal furnace (pyrolysis furnace) needs to be preheated. The pyrolysis treatment temperature is approximately between 450-600 degrees. The cans are pyrolyzed and carbonized in an oxygen-free paint removal furnace at high temperatures. The paint on the surface of the cans is removed without damaging the aluminum can body. Generally, the cans can be discharged after staying in the pyrolysis furnace for 10-30 minutes. The obtained aluminum flakes can be further processed into crude aluminum ingots. Of course, bosses with financial strength can further process them into aluminum ingots.
