The pyrolysis treatment temperature is approximately between 450-600 degrees. The cans are pyrolyzed and carbonized in an oxygen-free paint removal furnace at high temperatures. The paint on the surface of the cans is removed without damaging the aluminum can body. Generally, the cans can be discharged after staying in the pyrolysis furnace for 10-30 minutes. The obtained aluminum flakes can be further processed into crude aluminum ingots. Of course, bosses with financial strength can further process them into aluminum ingots.
